Bavallen Grand Prix

The wildest team competition of the winter season!

Saturday, April 3rd, marks the start of the Bavallen Grand Prix, a team competition where everyone can participate, regardless of skill level. In the Bavallen Grand Prix, cabin neighbors compete against each other, there are company teams, groups of friends, family teams and the serious ones.

While some go all in to get the best time and have qualifying rounds to become part of a team, others participate just because it's fun – often in costume.

Each team consists of four people, and everyone must complete a long and varied trail that winds crisscrosses the mountain.

The event takes place early in the morning before the ski resort opens, and combines skiing, team spirit and a good atmosphere.

There are prizes for those who get the best time, but we also have an ideal time. This means that you can win, even if you are not the fastest.

Program for the day

  • 07:00 – Meeting at Hangurtoppen
  • 07:30 – Runners' meeting
  • 08:00 – Start the Bavallen Grand Prix
  • 09:30 – Breakfast at Hangurstoppen after the race.
  • 15:30 – Après ski with prize giving
