Ski and storage lockers at Voss Resort
We offer both short‑term and long‑term rental of ski and storage lockers. Lockers are available at Hangurstoppen and at the Scandic Hotel.
Short-term rental at Hangurstoppen
At Hangurstoppen we have around 60 storage lockers and 10 ski lockers available for rental.
You can choose between the following locker types:
- Small storage locker - space for shoes and valuables. Purchase at Hangurstoppen.
- Medium storage locker - space for a bag, shoes and valuables. Purchase at Hangurstoppen.
- Single ski locker - space for two pairs of skis, boots and a helmet. Due to the limited number of ski lockers at Hangurstoppen, we recommend reserving in advance: skishop@vossresort.no. A keycard is required to book and use a ski locker. You use the keycard to lock and unlock the locker. If you do not have a keycard, you can buy one at the Hangurstoppen ski shop.

Long‑term rentals are valid from 1 November to 31 October. If you would like a locker at Hangurstoppen or a family locker at Scandic, we can place you on a waiting list: post@vossresort.no.

About the ski lockers at Scandic Hotel
All seasonal lockers include built‑in boot dryers. Heating switches on automatically in the afternoon and stays on overnight to ensure dry equipment for the next day.
The seasonal lockers are located in the basement level of the Scandic Hotel (street level). The location is 90 metres from the main entrance of Voss Gondola, to the right towards the bus terminal. The lockers work the same way as those at Hangurstoppen, using your ski pass/keycard to access both your locker and the entrance door.
Guest service at the gondola building handle daily operations for the Scandic lockers.
The Ski School assists with all practical questions related to lockers at Hangurstoppen (during ski resort opening hours) .
How to use the ski locker
- The first time you use your locker, bring your keycard and configure the locker manually. Your keycard provides access to both the locker and the room it is located in.
- Each locker has a unique code linked to your keycard. You can only open your own locker.
- Up to four keycards can be linked to the same locker. The rental agreement applies only to the renter and the four registered keycards. Sub‑letting is not allowed.
- Lost keycard? You must purchase a new one and configure it again.

- Hangurstoppen: Ski shop at Hangurstoppen (during opening hours).
- Scandic Hotel: On the lower floor connected to Scandic Voss, next to the gondola.
