Ski and storage lockers at Voss Resort
We have ski and storage lockers available for both short-term and long-term rental. The lockers are located at Hangurstoppen and at Voss Ski Hotel at Scandic.
Short-term rental at Hangurstoppen
At the Skishopen at Hangurstoppen we have about 60 storage lockers and 10 ski lockers that you can rent.
You can choose between three different cabinets:
- Small storage locker - space for shoes and valuables. Purchase at Hangurstoppen.
- Medium storage locker - space for a bag, shoes and valuables. Purchase at Hangurstoppen.
- Single ski locker – space for two pairs of skis, boots and a helmet. Due to the limited number of ski lockers at Hangurstoppen, we recommend reserving in advance: skishop@vossresort.no.Please visit the ski shop at Hangurstoppen for payment and administration.
Book a ski locker
A keycard is required to book and use a ski locker. You use the keycard to lock and unlock the locker. If you do not have a keycard, you can buy one at the Hangurstoppen ski shop.
Long-term rental
Period
Long-term rental runs from 1 October to 30 September. Tenants with an active contract receive an offer each year to extend their contract for another year. Lockers that are not renewed will be posted for reservation on our website from October.

- Family locker (space for 4 pairs of skis, boots and helmet): 5530 kr
Voss Ski Hotel at Scandic
- Single locker (space for 2 pairs of skis, boots and helmet): 2850 NOK
- Family locker (space for 4 pairs of skis, boots and helmet): 3640 NOK
About the lockers at Voss Ski Hotel at Scandic
All seasonal lockers include built‑in boot dryers. Heating switches on automatically in the afternoon and stays on overnight to ensure dry equipment for the next day.
Where to Find the Lockers
The seasonal lockers are located in the basement level of the Scandic Hotel (street level). The location is 90 metres from the main entrance of Voss Gondola, to the right towards the bus terminal. The lockers work the same way as those at Hangurstoppen, using your ski pass/keycard to access both your locker and the entrance door.
Guest Services at Voss Resort, located at the main entrance to the gondola, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the ski lockers at Voss Ski Hotel..
The Ski School assists with all practical questions related to lockers at Hangurstoppen (during ski resort opening hours) .
How to use the ski locker
- The first time you use your locker, bring your keycard and configure the locker manually. Your keycard provides access to both the locker and the room it is located in.
- Each locker has a unique code linked to your keycard. You can only open your own locker.
- Up to four keycards can be linked to the same locker. The rental agreement applies only to the renter and the four registered keycards. Sub‑letting is not allowed.
- Lost keycard? You must purchase a new one and configure it again.
