Bavallstunet is the most central area in Voss Resort and a natural choice for those who want everything within reach.
Short distance to ski lift, reception and après ski. The apartments are located on the 2nd floor above reception.
All the units are practical and well-suited for an active stay, with proximity to the mountain and short distances to what is happening in the facility.
Bavallslia – warm and quiet, but just as close
Bavallslia is located below the Bavallsekspressen ski lift and gives you a slightly more secluded setting for your stay - without taking you far away from the experiences.
From Bavallslia it is a short distance to the reception, ticket office and chairlift.
Bavallslia is a perfect starting point for those who want to jump straight into adventure, whether it's morning turns in the fresh snow or a leisurely afternoon hike in the mountains.
Tråstølen – Modern comfort in the mountains
Tråstølen is located higher and freer, with an unbeatable combination of modern comfort and raw western nature.
Here you have the mountains right on your doorstep. Many units offer ski-in/ski-out in the winter and direct access to hiking trails in the summer.
The Tråstølen is perfect for those who want to be first on freshly prepared trails, test the limits of the terrain or just feel the mountain wind rip a little extra in their jacket.

Easy arrival – straight from the train to the top
Voss Resort is easy to reach – even without a car. The train stops right in the center of Voss, and the gondola takes you to the mountain in less than ten minutes. Gondola tickets are included in all lift tickets.
Good to know before you come:
- From Bergen, the journey takes around 1.5 hours from the time you board the train until you reach Hangurstoppen.
- You have two possible entrances to the mountain: take the gondola from the train station or drive to Bavallen – approx. 5 km from the city center.
- In the winter I have own bus service from the train station to Bavallen
- If you are traveling light, you can take the gondola up and ski from the top to your cabin or apartment.
