The Openness Act and equality

Voss Resort Fjellheisar actively works for equality and against discrimination based on gender, pregnancy, leave for childbirth or adoption, caregiving duties, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, and combinations of these grounds.

The Openness Act entered into force on 1 July 2022.

The main purpose of the law is to promote businesses' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

The law will also ensure that the public has access to information about how businesses manage their human rights risks.
