Voss Resort wants as many children and young people as possible in Voss to be able to use the gondola and the beautiful hiking area at Hangurstoppen throughout the year.
Offers for schools and kindergartens – special prices during school hours
At Hangurstoppen you will find excellent hiking opportunities right next to the top station of the gondola. In summer, there are marked trails created by Voss Utferdslag and Voss municipality leading to Lønahorgi, Raugstad and Bavallen. In winter the area offers pleasant ski and walking routes, as well as several marked circular trails arranged by Voss Resort.
This offer is available during kindergarten and school hours and only by prior arrangement via email, at least one day before arrival. The offer also applies to after school programs during school hours.
Ski day for children, youth and high schools in Vestland
There are few things that bring children more joy than snow to play in, especially with skis on their feet. Voss Resort wants to motivate children and young people to be physically active. It used to be natural for most families to have skis at home and learn basic skills through play. Today, many children do not own skis and may miss the chance to follow in the tracks of Sondre Norheim or develop skills like Kari Traa.
We therefore offer ski days that include instruction and equipment rental. Contact post@vossresort.no for prices and more information.
Booking
Please contact us by email to receive updated prices. The offer is only valid when booked in advance by email, at least the day before arrival. Bookings must be made by staff at the kindergarten, school or after school program.
Please send us the following information:
- Arrival time
- Number of people (children and adults)
- Name and phone number of a contact person
- Payment method (card, cash or invoice). If you wish to pay by invoice, please include the invoice address, organization number and reference number.

We will prepare the tickets for your arrival, so that teachers or staff can collect them together at the ticket booth in the gondola building at Voss station.

Free season pass for all 4th graders in Vestland
The Fourth Grade Card is a free season ticket for all fourth grade pupils with a residential address in Vestland County. The card is valid until 15 August 2026 and must be ordered by 15 February.
