Get a good return on your cabin or apartment when you are not using it yourself. Voss Resort organizes rentals for those who want to rent out their own holiday home. We provide supervision and checks of the apartment or cabin, and are responsible for administration, cleaning and maintenance.
- Personal VIP/Ambassador card in Voss Resort for the lessor's immediate household, valid for 12 months, which allows:
- 20 % discount on season tickets and/or year-round tickets at the current price/promotional price
- 20 % discount on food in our restaurants
- 20 % discount on ski school, ski rental and ski service
- 20 % discount on gondola tickets
- Voss Resort handles the entire booking process and dialogue with customers.
- Marketing of rentals in multiple channels (Voss Resort's own, Destination Voss, Fjord Norway, Visit Norway, tour operators and other partners).
- Administration and implementation of cleaning and maintenance.
- Monthly payment of rent to the owner based on the cabin or apartment's actual monthly rental.
- Rental tailored to your needs – you choose the rental periods within the framework mentioned above.
- Inspection or check of an apartment or cabin.

We offer a dynamic and flexible model that is tailored to the wishes of our guests. The model is in the best interest of you as a cabin owner and makes it efficient for us as a landlord. This makes it easy and flexible for you as a cabin owner, and contributes to a good return.
Finance and return
As a cabin owner, you will be paid for the days the cabin is rented out, and you will receive market value for the rental. The payment will reflect demand. You will also have greater control over when you want the cabin to be available for rental.
According to our model, each individual cabin owner is paid an amount equal to 65% of the individual unit's specific rental amount excluding VAT. Pricing is based on experience and knowledge of the market, and will be dynamically adjusted to demand.
Standard requirements for all rental properties in Voss Resort are that all apartments have: a washing machine, TV subscription, wifi, a dining table with chairs and tableware equal to the number of beds in the apartment, duvets and pillows (guests rent bedding from us), a drying rack or tumble dryer, a fire extinguisher, fire alarms and an information folder with instructions and technical information about the cabin or apartment.
