Voss Resort is built stone by stone and step by step – in close interaction with the mountains and the people of Voss. Here you will find our history, how we work, and what responsibility we take as a business today.
Our history
The history of Voss Resort begins long before today's ski lifts and gondolas. Since the first ski lift was installed in Bavallen in 1948, through volunteerism, community service and great development, the resort has grown in step with the surrounding village and mountains. Here you can read about how it all began and how we have developed to this day.
