Voss Resort is now open every day. Please check our weather and conditions on our website, including our Facebook page for updates regarding open ski lifts and other important information in the days ahead.

The ski season 2020/2021 will be a little different than previous ski seasons. However, we promise to do everything we can for you to get some nice days skiing with us. We kindly ask you to read the following information related to your visit.

Important information regarding ski passes

Due to covid-19, we have restrict visitor numbers at the ski centre this year. We follow the national guidelines regards to the number of ski guests allowed in the facility, which is based on the capacity of the ski lifts.

The ski resort is open for everyone with a season pass and you do not have to register. If you do not have a season pass, you must buy a lift ticket online before you arrive; we only have a limited number of lift tickets for sale, so it’s first come, first serve. This applies for both weekends and midweek, but normaly there is good capacity during midweek and hence usually always available lift passes. Lift passes for the enitre season are available now in our online store. Due to covid-19, selected lift pass types will be put up for sale.

Lift tickets can only be purchased online. The exception is:

  • students, who must buy a lift pass at the ticket office and present a student ID to receive the discount. Please note that this is only possible if we have spare capacity. We therefore encourage students to keep an eye on the capacity online. If you want to be 100% guaranteed to get a card, we recommend that you buy lift passes online without a discount.
  • ski pass for children 0 - 6 years, which must be picked up at the ticket office. Remember that you who are to accompany the child must buy your lift pass online in advance.

Please note: we can not change or refund lift passes. Lift passes that cannot be used due to bad weather, as well as unforeseen downtime in the resort, will not be changed or refunded.

Please note: Voss Gondol, Trollbakken, Grebbesbakken, Hangurstoppen Restaurant and the cross country trails can be used by everyone. Trollbakken and Grebbesbakken will have limited capacity; it is first come, first serve. Also note that one can not sled in Trollbakken when the ski season has started.

We are dependent on working together with our guests to create good experiences in the resort this winter. The most important thing we require from you as a guest, before you start skiing, is that you ask yourself: Am I sick? Am I in quarantine? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, you must not come to Voss Resort or use the Voss Gondol facility. We are entirely dependent on people who have symptoms, are ill or are in quarantine staying at home.

We have prepared measures for the entire facility. Read these before your visit and otherwise follow the signs in the facility.
